We are a fast-growing sales organization based in Amsterdam, and soon to have an office in the United States of America, where an ambitious team gives everything every day to keep developing the company.

Your role as Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you are at the forefront of expanding our customer base. You know how to identify bottlenecks and opportunities within the sales organization of potential customers, even before they have spotted them themselves. You will then make the link between the customer’s issues and the value we can add within their organization.
In addition, your role will involve contributing to the development of innovative campaigns for both existing clients and new prospects. Your proactive attitude and curiosity will allow you to spot and pick up growth opportunities immediately!
Our ideal Account Executive has a proven track record in the B2B market: you have experience in acquiring new customers, building lasting customer relationships and closing deals. In addition, you know how to manage the clients‘ expectations and, finally, you are responsible for ensuring the growth of our company.
What we are looking for in our new colleague:
- Bachelor/ Academic working and thinking level;
- Knowledge of and experience in Challenger Sales and consultative selling;
- 5-7 years of B2B sales experience;
- Experience with deal cycles of 1 – 4 months;
- Experience closing deals with a value between 20K – 150K;
- Experience working with different stakeholders during the sales process (pre: Sales Director, Marketing Director, Managing Director, CCO/CEO);
- Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities;
- Experience using and updating a CRM system (HubSpot);
- You are available full time;
- Perfect command of the English language in word and writing.
