What you'll do
As a BDR at The Linq Group, you will:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outreach
- Master social selling techniques on LinkedIn and other digital platforms
- Build relationships with potential clients through personalized communication
- Work closely with experienced sales professionals who will mentor your growth
- Learn to understand client needs and match them with effective solutions
- Track and analyze your performance metrics to continuously improve
What you bring
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree (any field - we value diverse backgrounds)
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn

- Tech-savvy with an interest in digital sales tools
- No prior sales experience required - we'll train you!
