What We Do at The Linq Group

We are the one-stop shop for new business development. We help other B2B companies fill the top of their sales funnel (in other words, book meetings with prospects for their sales team) and expand their network via LinkedIn. Additionally, we provide sales training to our clients and assist them in strengthening their sales organization. We address three key sales questions: leads, people, and training. With a combination of data, experience, passion for growth, and an innovative and energetic team, we strive to grow and improve every day.

Our mission is always the same: adding value. How? By being the sales buddy of our clients and supporting them in the digital transformation of their sales process. About the Role

As a LinkedIn Sales Expert (LSE), you play a crucial role in the success of our clients. Together with your team, you are responsible for executing and optimizing client campaigns. You are also the first point of contact for clients, advising and supporting them to maximize the results of their campaigns.

In this role, you will also gain deep knowledge of the world of B2B sales and LinkedIn. You'll learn all the ins and outs of these essential tools, positioning yourself as an expert in building and maintaining professional relationships that drive success.

What Does Your Day Look Like?

Every workday starts with a team meeting to discuss progress, priorities, and goals for the day. Then, you dive into your daily tasks, such as:

  • Responding to client emails and messages
  • Performing operational tasks like sending connection requests, follow-up messages, and managing inboxes with the goal of scheduling meetings for clients
  • Analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns to achieve the best results
  • Enjoying a fun team lunch together

In short, you are continuously improving our services, strengthening client relationships, and developing your expertise in B2B sales and LinkedIn.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and commercially-minded professional who loves making a difference for our clients. You recognize yourself in the following:

  • You are studying at a bachelor's or academic level
  • You are fluent in German, English and Dutch
  • You are eager to learn, curious, and result-oriented
  • You take initiative and have a commercial mindset
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You have a perfect command of both Dutch and English
