We help B2B companies fill the top of their sales funnel, in other words, book meetings with prospects for their sales team, and expand their network via LinkedIn. Additionally, we provide sales training to our clients and assist them in strengthening their sales organization. We address three key sales challenges: leads, people, and training. About the Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you will manage a client portfolio of approximately 10 c-type clients and achieve commercial objectives for both the clients and our organization. You will work strategically with clients, developing communication and sales strategies to help them reach their goals. With a sharp strategic perspective and assertive approach, you will identify and seize opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.
You will also be part of the support team, which is responsible for executing tasks within our services and maintaining daily client contact. You will help the account team lead motivate the support team and optimize their workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
You will focus on retaining existing revenue -retention- while identifying and realizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, you will actively strengthen client relationships and increase client value, ensuring the commercial growth of both the client and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a client portfolio -approximately 10 c-type clients- and achieving commercial objectives
- Developing communication and sales strategies for clients to meet predefined goals
- Retaining clients and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Achieving MRR targets and contributing to organizational growth
- Identifying client needs and translating them into effective campaigns
- Creating and seizing opportunities through a strategic and assertive approach
- Supporting and motivating the support team and their workflows
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system -HubSpot-
Our client base is diverse, ranging from startups to large corporations, allowing you to gain experience in various industries and interact with different levels within organizations. With several years of experience in B2B account management, you know how to capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You are also an excellent communicator in both Dutch and English.
Who Are We Looking For?
- HBO, Bachelor's or academic level of thinking and working
- Solution-oriented and creative, with the ability to spot and create opportunities
- Eager to learn, result-driven, and curious
- Commercially minded and proactive
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- As a plus: Experience using and updating a CRM system -HubSpot-
- Perfect command of both English and Dutch, written and spoken. If you speak German, that's a plus.
